Four ways to work together.

Each works on its own, and they combine well when a school needs more than one. All of them start from where your school is now.

Your expertise and professionalism were very well received by our school leaders, José. Thanks for generating an excellent report which gives us real clarity on next steps.
Dr Ian Young, Former CEO, Keys Academies Trust

How we work together.

Three steps. The first is a conversation, and there is no charge for it.

  1. A conversation

You tell me where your school or trust is and where you would like it to be, and we discuss how to get there.

  2. A proposal that fits

I send a proposal shaped to your context, setting out the scope, the format and who needs to be in the room.

  3. Follow-through

I do the work and stay involved afterwards, so the change beds in.
