WHO IT’S FOR
Supporting the people behind the strategy.
Leadership coaching at Azimuth is designed for serving and aspiring school leaders navigating complexity, pressure and change. A structured space for clarity, reflection and better decision-making.

FEATURED REPORT · INSPECTION GUIDANCE
Indispensable reading before your next inspection.
An analysis of 395 routine ISI inspection reports. It shows what inspectors count as a significant strength, what sits behind a recommended next step, and where schools most often fall short, so you can spot the same patterns in your own school and act on them before you get the call. Written for heads, deputies and wider senior leadership teams.
CREDENTIALS
Professional coaching credentials.
A qualified coach working to the standards set out by Andy Buck’s BASIC Coaching Method, with a disciplined, ethical approach grounded in real organisational contexts.
Over 15 years of coaching experience developed through senior leadership in education. Currently completing a Level 7 Executive Coaching qualification (Master’s degree equivalent, expected completion July 2026), deepening my ability to support serving and aspiring leaders through complexity and change.
