José Picardo is the founder and principal consultant at Azimuth Partners Ltd. An experienced coach, keynote speaker, and senior education leader, he works with individuals, schools, and organisations to navigate change with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Drawing on a career spanning academic leadership, organisational improvement, and professional learning, José has held senior roles in a range of educational contexts. His work is grounded in a deep understanding of pedagogy, leadership development, and how thoughtful systems and practices support effective teaching and learning.
Today, José partners with schools, education companies, and organisations beyond the sector, supporting sustainable growth by building leadership capacity at every level. Alongside this, he helps organisations think carefully and strategically about digital approaches, ensuring technology serves purpose, people, and culture rather than driving them.
