  • Make the case for change A written, evidence-based report you can take straight into an SLT or governors' meeting.
  • Benchmark against comparable schools See how your setting compares with others that have completed the assessment.
  • See all six domains separately Vision, staff capability, infrastructure, pedagogy, AI readiness and evaluation, each scored in its own right.
  • Spot the risks early The gaps most likely to cost you time, money or credibility if they are left alone.
  • Know where you actually stand on AI An honest read on policy, staff confidence and how ready your school really is.

This report really helped us to crystalise where to take our digital strategy next. It laid out our next steps clearly and in a way that could be articulated persuasively to colleagues.

Before you begin

A few honest answers.

No hype, no catch.

Is this really free?

Yes. The assessment and your personalised report cost nothing. We ask for your name and email only at the end, so we can send you the report.

What happens to my data?

Your report is built from your responses and Azimuth's own framework, with the help of Anthropic's AI models. If you choose to receive it by email, your name and email address are also passed to Azimuth's email provider, for that purpose alone. We do not use your answers for anything else.

How long does it take?

15 to 20 minutes: 30 rating questions and 6 short written reflections across six domains. Your progress saves automatically, so it is fine to finish it in more than one sitting.

Who built this?

The framework, the questions and the maturity model were developed by José Picardo at Azimuth, drawing on years of work with schools.
